Sterimatic Dose Converter

The dose converter has been designed to easily and accurately convert the weight of your livestock into correct ml dose

This simple yet effective device is used by inserting the syringe into the converter.

The ml markings on the syringe are replaced with kg markings on the dose converter. This enables the correct dose to be withdrawn and injected based on the weight of your livestock.

This device is product and syringe specific. We have a device for Pfizer's Draxxin and MSD Animal Health Zuprevo for use with Terumo syringes, other sizes can be supplied on request.

Sterimatic locking sleeve

The Sterimatic Locking Sleeve can be used with BD 3ml syringes.

Any size needle can be used up to maximum 25mm

The Sterimatic locking sleeve is a unique, automatic, passive safety device for use with single dose syringes. It reduces the risk of needle stick and self injection injuries.

These type of injuries should not be part of the job.

A standard needle and a syringe are fitted into the device which then automatically covers and protects the needle.

Sterimatic Injection Site Marker

The marker device was designed to help ensure compliance whilst injecting livestock. It offers two great benefits;

Only possible to mark an actually injected animal

The injection site is marked

The marker pad only moves forward when the syringe handle is squeezed to give the injection. This means it is only possible to mark an animal that has been treated. Secondly the mark is a "C" shape around the injection site. This means that you can carry out an audit to check the animals have been injected at the correct site.

Sterimatic Implanter

The Sterimatic implanter was designed to automatically place the implant in the correct position. This is achieved by withdrawing the needle from around the implant.

We believe this to be an improved method compared with pushing the implant out of the end of the needle.

There is also a unique loading system that enables the implant to be easily loaded through the front of the needle cover without damage.

The size can be modified to suit different sized implants.
